This partnership works to promote and educate parents and individuals about the 1997 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The site lists local organizations and provides basic information as well as a calendar of events, publications, and an online newsletter, Newsline.
 
The Office of Special Education Programs helps implement the 1997 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. View the Act and accompanying regulations.
